Guided AI Journey is the public readiness and facilitated-advisory experience brought to you by Guided AI Labs. It is designed to help a person or organization turn a real AI question into a proportionate next step: clarify readiness, examine a workflow, set practical guardrails, or decide whether a pilot is warranted.

The public assessment is structured decision support, not a clinical-style diagnosis, certification, or ranked benchmark. A scorecard helps start a conversation; it does not replace professional, legal, security, regulatory, or financial advice.

How the work starts

Use the self-assessment, conversation request page, or intake form to share the situation you want to explore.
Guided AI Labs reviews the context and replies by email. The first conversation is used to understand the decision, not to automatically create a workspace or service engagement.
If paid help is a fit, the public options are assessment + practical plan: $1,500-$3,000 cad. full adoption track: staged payments starting at $12,000 cad. Discounted rates are available for nonprofits and charities. We’ll agree the exact rate together during the fit conversation.The organization size, participant boundary, complexity, exact fixed fee, timing, and written terms are confirmed before work begins. A client workspace is used only for an approved engagement and holds the work's evidence, sessions, decisions, and next actions.

Who guides the work

Adam Goodwin, founder of Guided AI Labs, facilitates the first conversation and any agreed decision engagement. His role is to structure the decision, surface operational constraints, and turn the evidence into owners, guardrails, and next actions - not to push a particular AI tool.

The fit conversation comes first and creates no obligation to continue. The assessment range and full-track starting point are public guides; the exact fixed quote is agreed before work begins. Software, infrastructure, organization-wide training, or other work outside the selected option is quoted separately. There is no online checkout and no follow-on engagement is required.

What a decision brief can look like

Situation: A professional-services team is considering AI-assisted first drafts for recurring proposals.
Decision: Pause broad rollout. Test one repeatable proposal section with human review after the source set and data boundary are approved.
Evidence considered: The task repeats often enough to compare time and quality.
A named proposal owner already reviews every final draft.
Source material is inconsistent and may contain confidential client information.
First constraint: The team does not yet have an approved source set or a clear rule for what client information may enter an AI tool.
Next action: Name the workflow owner, approve the source and data boundary, capture a current quality baseline, then make a limited pilot go or no-go decision.

What we do and do not claim

We describe the method, limits, and current service boundary rather than using unverified client logos, testimonials, customer counts, outcome statistics, or superiority claims. Every proposed next step should remain grounded in the situation shared and the evidence gathered with the client.
