Who is responsible for this public site

What we collect

Assessments collect the answers you provide, selected tools or business systems, your stated goal, and your name and email. The organization assessment also requires an organization name; the assessment asks what kind of follow-up would be useful, and optional notes are included only if you enter them. If you explicitly request a phone callback, we also collect the phone number, optional timing context, and your consent to use that number for the callback. Booking and intake forms collect the contact details and context you choose to provide, such as an organization, situation, request type, and message. Please do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive information into a public form.

We also use limited technical information such as a network/IP identifier and submission timing to prevent abuse and rate-limit public forms. The site uses Vercel web analytics for aggregate site measurement. If you arrive through approved UTM campaign labels, we retain only those bounded labels for the browser session and a submitted lead record to evaluate the campaign; we do not keep a raw URL, click identifier, or form content as campaign data. We do not ask public-form visitors to provide a password, payment card, or workspace access credential.

What we use submitted information for

We use assessment information to calculate and display a scorecard, send an email copy when delivery is configured, and fulfill the follow-up choice you make. A phone number is used only to arrange or make the callback you requested. We use booking and intake information to review the request and reply by email. A public form, scorecard, or conversation request does not create an account, workspace, service engagement, or commitment to buy.

The on-page assessment result remains available after a successful save even if email delivery fails. Email delivery status is kept with the submission so the team can resolve a delivery problem without asking you to repeat the assessment.

Saved progress on this device

Unfinished assessment answers, selections, and contact details are saved in this browser's local storage for up to 24 hours so you can resume. They are not sent to us until you submit the scorecard.

Use the Clear this device control on an assessment to remove that unfinished draft sooner. Avoid starting an assessment on a shared or public device.

Service providers

The public site uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Supabase for application records and authentication, and Resend for assessment scorecard email when it is configured. Public request information may also be sent through the approved Microsoft 365 delivery path so Guided AI Labs can receive, reconcile, and respond to a request. These providers process only the information needed for those functions under their own service terms and privacy commitments.

A separate client workspace may involve additional information handling. It is created only after review and is governed by the terms and scope agreed for that engagement.

Retention, security, and your choices

We do not yet publish a fixed retention schedule for submitted public-form records. We retain them while they are needed to deliver or respond to a request, maintain security and abuse controls, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations. A qualified privacy/legal review and a formal retention schedule remain required before broad promotion.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of public form information by emailing the address below. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained for a legitimate operational or legal reason. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet-based service can promise absolute security; please limit public-form entries to information you are comfortable sharing for this purpose.
