Answer 01
A written current-state diagnosis
A plain-language account of what is happening now: how people use current tools, where work or adoption breaks down, what capability exists, and which constraints are shaping the situation.
AI Assessment and Adoption Options
Every recommendation is grounded in good governance, real operational experience, and the latest relevant research.
Start with a focused assessment and practical plan your team can carry forward, or choose a fuller facilitated adoption track when the work needs more support.
Adam examines how people work, how current tools are being used, what is getting in the way, what the organization is ready to support, and which governance practices and standards are relevant to your industry. Current research and practical evidence shape a right-sized answer leadership can act on.
See the bigger picture first
What the work answers
Both options create an understood situation, a defensible recommendation, and a practical first plan. The assessment packages these into a focused leave-behind your team can use on its own. The full track develops them through deeper facilitated work. You are not paying for a vague block of consulting time.

Answer 01
A plain-language account of what is happening now: how people use current tools, where work or adoption breaks down, what capability exists, and which constraints are shaping the situation.

Answer 02
A clear recommendation to improve use of current tools, build targeted capability, repair a foundation, evaluate new technology, run a bounded pilot, or choose a non-AI response.

Answer 03
A practical sequence of first actions with owners, guardrails, decision points, and success measures—separating what your team can do now from what needs outside help.

Answer 04
If further work is justified, a vendor-neutral brief defines the outcome, boundaries, participants, capabilities, and acceptance measures so it can be quoted with Guided AI Labs or elsewhere.
The assessment option is complete and useful on its own. The full track adds facilitated adoption work only when the organization needs that additional support.
Each option is complete when its agreed outputs and readout have been delivered—not when a number of consulting hours has been consumed.
Meet your guide
Most teams are not short of AI ideas. They are trying to decide which ideas are worth acting on, what risks they may be overlooking, and whether their people and systems are ready.
My role is to bring an operator’s discipline to that uncertainty: make the work visible, ask the questions that matter, and help the people responsible reach a practical decision without pushing a particular tool.
Feel understood
Uncertainty is a reasonable starting point. The conversation begins with what your team is experiencing, not with an assumption that you should already have an AI plan.
Trust the guide
Adam brings an operations, planning, and execution perspective. His job is to structure the decision and surface constraints, not to steer you toward a predetermined platform.
See the method
Readiness, current tool use, people, available evidence, risks, and ownership come together in a clear recommendation about what kind of response—if any—makes sense.
If your team has an unresolved AI need, adoption problem, or decision, bring the situation to the first conversation. No polished business case is required.
Bring your situation to AdamHow the work moves
Interpret the readiness signal in context and agree on the outcome, people, constraints, and evidence that matter.
Learn how people work and use the tools they already have, making inconsistencies, capability gaps, friction, systems, and data boundaries visible.
Distinguish between an adoption, skills, workflow, governance, data, technology, infrastructure, or non-AI need before prescribing a solution.
Deliver a leadership readout with an evidence-backed direction, conditions, tradeoffs, and a separately scoped next step when one is warranted.
What the recommendation may say
Current tools may be enough. People may need clearer practices or targeted support. A process or governance condition may need attention first. New technology is only one possible direction.
Two bounded engagement options
The assessment and practical plan ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 CAD plus applicable taxes. A full adoption track starts at $12,000 CAD and is paid through agreed stages. The exact fixed fee follows the agreed scope, organization size, participant groups, evidence breadth, and complexity. The fee is tied to the defined outcome and boundaries—not a timesheet.
Focused starting point
$1,500-$3,000 CAD
plus applicable taxes
A focused assessment of the current situation, followed by clear priorities and a practical plan your team can carry forward on its own.
You receive a plain-language view of what is happening, the most important gaps or opportunities, and an ordered set of sensible next actions.
Best when leadership needs clarity and can own the next actions once the direction is understood. This option does not include facilitated implementation, organization-wide training, software, or infrastructure.
Facilitated adoption
Staged payments starting at $12,000 CAD
plus applicable taxes
A fuller founder-led track for organizations that need help turning the assessment into shared practices, governance, ownership, measures, and an adoption roadmap.
The organization works through the relevant adoption stages and leaves with evidence, decisions, guardrails, owners, measures, and implementation guidance tied to the agreed priority.
Best when the work crosses people, operating practices, governance, or several participant groups and needs active facilitation to move. The exact fixed scope reflects organization size, participant groups, evidence breadth, and complexity. It is not unlimited or full-time embedded consulting.
Discounted rates are available for nonprofits and charities. We’ll agree the exact rate together during the fit conversation.

Good fit

Boundaries make the package useful
Each option earns its value by reaching an agreed outcome. It does not hide unlimited implementation, training, procurement, or ongoing consulting inside a vague promise.
The full adoption track is paid through agreed stages and is not required in full up front. Payment terms for either option are confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins, together with the participant boundary, start date, rescheduling, cancellation, and any on-site terms.
The fit conversation comes first and creates no obligation to continue. The assessment range and full-track starting point are public guides; the exact fixed quote is agreed before work begins. Software, infrastructure, organization-wide training, or other work outside the selected option is quoted separately. There is no online checkout and no follow-on engagement is required.
Start with fit, not a sales commitment
If either option is too much, too little, or simply the wrong kind of help, Adam will say so. The conversation creates no obligation to continue.
